How it works

Four steps, no surprises.

  1. Tell us what’s up

Call or email with the symptoms: noises, lights, smells or how it feels.

  2. We inspect

We check the car and find the cause, not just the symptom.

  3. You approve

You get an estimate with what’s urgent, what can wait, and the cost.

  4. We fix it

We do the approved work and tell you when it’s ready.

Good to know

Common questions.

Do I need an appointment?

Appointments help us plan your day, but call us if something’s wrong. We’ll fit you in as soon as we reasonably can.

How much is a check-engine diagnosis?

It depends on the car and the symptoms. Call or email and we’ll explain how diagnosis works and what to expect before any work begins.

Will you tell me before doing extra work?

Always. If we find something else, we’ll explain it and get your okay before adding it to the job.

Can I keep my old parts?

Yes, just ask when you drop off the car, and we’ll set the replaced parts aside for you.

Do you work on my make and model?

We service most domestic and import cars, SUVs and light trucks. Call with your year, make and model and we’ll let you know.

Does service affect my manufacturer warranty?

Routine maintenance can generally be done by an independent shop. Keep your receipts and check your warranty paperwork or ask us.

Is it safe to keep driving with the check-engine light on?

If it’s steady, you can usually drive short distances to get it checked soon. If it’s flashing, or the car runs rough, loses power or overheats, stop driving and call for help.

Book your service.

Tell us your vehicle and what’s going on, and we’ll get back with the next available time.
